At HHS, we love our community and wanted to let you about a great event at the Hanceville Public Library just down the street from the school. Please come out and support your community and local library!

Tryouts for both JV and varsity girls' basketball will be in the high school gym both nights. Make-up tryouts are June 2 from 10 AM to 12 PM.

The HHS Graduates of 2025 have officially left the building! We want to congratulate all our seniors for their hard work and determination over the past four years. Just remember that no matter where you go in life, you will ALWAYS BE A BULLDOG!

Our seniors have taken their final walk through the halls of HHS and now it's time to walk across the stage! Join us at Wallace as we celebrate this momentous occasion in the lives of our students.

All athletes must have a physical on file in order to participate in the 2025-2026 HHS Athletic seasons. See Mrs. Brown or the HHS Office if you have any questions. Students have an email with a link for payment.

The HHS chapter of the National Honor Society inducted new members on Sunday, May 4. We want to congratulate these students and encourage them as they carry on the traditions of academic excellence at Hanceville High School.

The Lady Dawgs travel to Albertville today to take on Ohatchee High School. Go Dawgs!

Just a reminder of the events coming up on Sunday, May 4. The National Honor Society Induction Ceremony will be at 4 PM and the Baccalaureate will be at 5 PM. We'd like to thank Hanceville First Baptist Church for sponsoring these events.

Congratulations to our softball team for qualifying for the State Regionals. Kynzlee Farr, Isabella Spinks, Lakin McBee, and Josi Jones were selected to the All-Area team. The first round of the playoffs start on Monday May 5 at Albertville at 9:00 am vs Ohatchee.
